All day Mediation Day with a major national insurer resulted in each and every case being settled. All of the cases arose from a motor vehicle accident. The claimed injuries were mostly spinal in nature. Working together with counsel, the claimants, and the insurance claims representatives, we were able to settle every case listed for the day.
