Chester County Settlement at Mediation: $500,000.00

This was a significant motor vehicle accident which occurred when Defendant, operating a tractor trailer, executed a left turn in front of Plaintiff, who was driving a motor vehicle in the opposite direction. There was “dash-cam” footage of the accident. Plaintiff claimed a multitude of injuries including a lumbar fracture requiring surgery, a left wrist fracture requiring surgery, and tinnitus. Plaintiff underwent multiple injections and several ablation procedures. There was an allegation of the need for spinal fusion surgery. Several hours in Mediation, along with the tireless effort of counsel and claims representatives procured a fabulous, amicable settlement.
