Philadelphia Settlement at Mediation: $500,000.00

This was a contested negligence case in which Plaintiff, a pedestrian, was involved in an accident involving a concrete truck. There was video footage as well as competing accident reconstruction experts. Plaintiff claimed multiple injuries including to the cervical and lumbar spines as well as both wrists. Plaintiff underwent injection therapy as well as ablations and also had fusion surgery to the lumbar spine and right wrist.
