Philadelphia County Settlement at Mediation: $150,000.00

This was a rather minor side-swipe motor vehicle accident which occurred on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia. Plaintiff claimed spinal injuries which necessitated spinal injections. Plaintiff also claimed approximately $32,000.00 in unpaid medical bills. Ultimately a fabulous settlement for all Parties.
